Client was charged with sexual assault of a 7 year old girl

Client was charged with sexual assault of a 7 year old girl for allegedly rubbing her groin. His girlfriend was present in the room and said he was only tickling her. After a hearing where a video was played showing the girls mother pursuing her to say this, after which she filed a custody motion against the girl’s father who Is the brother of the client. The state changed their plea offer from a 7 year prison sentence to a reduced charge of child endangerment, with no Megan’s Law registration or life-time parole. Client, who had already been held for 15 months, accepted the plea deal.

Client won an order from Mercer County Court

Client, who lives in Brooklyn, won an order from Mercer County Court, giving him weekend parenting time. Mother, who lives in New Jersey, brought child to a different location than was in the Order to turn over the 1 year old son. Mother went on a rant at the pick-up, and then took son away when he vomited, in violation of the order which said even if that son was ill, he was to be turned over, unless he needed a doctor’s care. Mother then filed a complaint for harassment. At the Woodbridge Municipal Court, the judge dismissed the case, saying it was a matter for the family court.
