Jack Venturi, Esq. was recommended to me by another of the top trial lawyers in the state. Jack proved entirely worthy of that recommendation.
I have dealt with many lawyers over the years and many are concerned with the “trappings” of practicing law. This includes fancy offices, numerous assistants who do most of the work, and worse, an attitude of “bleed them and plead them” where the lawyer’s future relationship with the prosecutor and fee maximization are of greatest concern.
This is not Jack Venturi.
I was faced with a very politically motivated allegation, which involved considerable prosecutorial bad faith and misconduct which rose to the level of Federal Civil Rights violations. I spoke with many lawyers who were afraid to buck the system and call the powers that be to task.
In Jack Venturi, I found an independent advocate.
Finally, Jack has full knowledge of how the system works. Trial law is all he does. It may be difficult to see how effective he is in the courtroom from meeting him at his office. I have handled several legal matters pro se, and have, in almost all cases prior to this, civil and criminal, have sat next to my lawyer, and felt the wrenching feeling that perhaps I would be better off representing myself. Some lawyers are indeed that bad. As soon as Jack entered the case, the tenor from the other side softened dramatically. They knew that they were in for a fight.
Thanks Jack for helping me out of an awful and unjust situation. I was faced with a real live threat of spending five years in jail, but was able to get probation.
I would gladly discuss my situation with anyone who is considering hiring Jack. The bottom line is that for the first time, I was able to relax in Court, comforted in the knowledge that my life was in good, prepared, and honorable hands.
